It all began …
when two friends, Dave and Bill, decided to open a local shop in Pottstown to meet the needs of local brewers and wine makers offering all the ingredients and equipment they could possibly need. They were also tired of the long drive to get their supplies. Being a wood craftsman, Bill designed and built the shop interior. The bar is crafted from two Jack Daniels’ whiskey barrels shipped in from Tennessee and is the highlight of the store. Why have a bar? To offer tastings of the wine and beer the owners and their wives have made. Our tasting bar makes us unique.
