Our SOUTH AFRICAN grower is a family-run farm with older, low-yield vines. Grown in the Western Cape region, the Breede River Valley is sheltered on three sides by mountain ranges. The narrow valley creates a funnel effect with cooling winds & sufficient rainfall. Warm summer days ensure good sugar development while the cool nights preserve the balance of natural acids.

Our CHILEAN grapes and juices come from the Curico Region of Chile, where varietals were brought to this Valley in 1851 from France and Germany. The Curico Valley is 120 miles south of Santiago offering the perfect conditions for red wines as it enjoys a similar climate to the Mediterranean with alluvial soil and good drainage; estimated arrival mid-May.
